All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that PSA has an updated copy of the FFL license.   No ammunition, third-party items (Drop Ship) or ANY firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.   Freight Forwarding is required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Knife Ordering Restrictions

Please carefully read and ensure your compliance with the following requirements and restrictions prior to purchasing any knife:   Federal law prohibits the sale and shipment in interstate commerce of switchblades, out of front (OTF) knives, and other automatic opening knives (collectively, “ Automatic Knives” ) other than in accordance with the limited exceptions set forth below.  

Automatic Knives

  1. Automatic Knives include a knife that opens with hand pressure applied to a button or other device in the handle of the knife, or by operation of inertia, gravity, or both.
  2. Automatic Knives do not include a knife that contains a spring, detent, or other mechanism designed to create a bias toward closure of the blade and that requires exertion applied to the blade by hand, wrist, or arm to overcome the bias toward closure to assist in opening the knife.

Limited Exceptions. Automatic Knives may only be sold:

    1. To civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
    2. To supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or militia of a State ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of such organizations;
    3. To supply or procurement officers or employees of any State, or any political subdivision of a State or Territory, ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of such government; or
    4. To manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant to an order from any person designated in the preceding subparagraphs (a), (b), and (c).
Palmetto State Armory will not sell any Automatic Knife without the above conditions being met.

  3. Shroud that encircles the barrel except for a slide
  4. Secondhand grip
  5. More than 10 rounds

Semiauto pistol with a fixed magazine cannot have:

  1. More than 10 rounds

Semiauto shotgun cannot have:

  1. Folding or telescoping stock
  2. Pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or stock that allows the individual to place the trigger hand under any portion of the action
  3. Shroud that encircles the barrel except for a slide
  4. Ability to accept a detachable magazine.
  5. Revolving cylinder

Any semiauto firearm that is not a pistol, revolver, rifle, or shotgun cannot have:

  1. Pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or other stock that allows the individual to position the trigger hand under any portion of the action of the weapon
  2. Ability to accept a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip
  3. A fixed magazine more than 10 rounds
  4. A flash suppressor or silencer, or a threaded barrel
  5. A shroud except a slide
  6. A secondhand grip
  7. An arm brace
Delaware
  1. No sales of Automatic Knives

  3. No variants of AR15 or AK47, rifle or pistol, or completed lowers are to be sold or shipped to Delaware.
  4. No Semi-automatic, centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has any of the following features:
    1. A folding or telescoping stock.
    2. A pistol grip or a thumbhole stock.
    3. A forward pistol grip.
    4. A flash suppressor.
    5. A grenade launcher or flare launcher.
    6. A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches
  5. No Semi-auto shotguns are to be sold to residents of Delaware with the following characteristics:
    1. Possesses a detachable magazine.
    2. Possesses both a pistol grip and folding or telescopic stock.
    3. Possesses a revolving cylinder.
  6. No semi-automatic pistol with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds.
  7. No semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds.
  8. No magazines with a capacity over 17 rounds.
  9. No Semi-automatic pistol that has a detachable magazine and has any of the following features:
    1. An ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip.
    2. A threaded barrel.
    3. A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel except a slide.
