CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS
Lethal Impact will not accept any used firearms for returns or replacements. Once a firearm is transferred by the transferring dealer, it cannot be returned to Lethal Impact for any reason.
Lethal Impact will not accept any used inventory for returns or replacements. If any items are removed from the original manufacturer packaging, they cannot be returned.
Firearms orders that have not been transferred to the end consumer and show visible, verifiable signs of damage due to shipping are eligible for return. Please obtain pictures when contacting us for review. When in doubt, we recommend obtaining the firearm before contacting us.
Lethal Impact does not open boxes or inspect any firearms or inventory before shipping. If a firearm is not transferred by the transferring dealer due to manufacturer defects not caused by the shipping process, such as blemishes or missing parts, it is your responsibility to obtain the firearm and contact the manufacturer for repair. Please reference the contact list below for manufacturer support information.
Please contact manufacturers directly on behalf of your customer regarding any missing parts/components or factory related issues.
Lethal Impact will not send return shipping labels directly to transferring dealers. It is customer responsibility to obtain firearms to be returned to us.
Credits issued for returns will be automatically applied to the originating order. If the originating order has already been paid for, the credit will be applied to the replacement order.
If customer initiates a direct request to the shipping carrier to change the delivery location for an order and the order is rerouted, Lethal Impact is not held liable for any shipping related issues or lost packages resulting from the change.
Customer must verify FFL locations have agreed to transfer firearms Please contact them before shipment.
It is your responsibility to validate FFL locations are open and willing to perform required background checks to legally transfer the firearm
- A restocking fee of at least $50.00 per order will be charged for any order shipments refused by the transferring dealer. Refused firearms shipments are automatically returned to Shipment Location.
- A restocking fee of at least $50.00 per order will be charged for any orders returned to Shipment Location by the transferring dealer if the dealer refuses to transfer the firearm for any reason to your customer.
- A restocking fee of at least $50.00 per order will be charged for any orders returned to Shipment Location due to non-delivery to the transferring dealer. Carriers will make multiple attempts to deliver shipments.
Firearms shipments cannot be rerouted to different delivery addresses. Shipments must be delivered to the shipping address on the order or it will be returned to Shipment Location.
CARRIER CLAIMS FOR DELIVERED SHIPMENTS
Claims will not be submitted for packages where visual evidence of delivery is available, such as delivery pictures and/or signature confirmations, that prove successful shipment delivery to the destination address.
Lethal Impact is not responsible for missing, stolen or lost packages after a shipment is successfully delivered.
If product damages occur due to shipping or packaging issues, please contact us with pictures to start the review process.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
All orders must be entered by the customer manually online at Lethalimpact-arms.com. Lethal Impact does not manually enter firearms or accessory orders.
Firearms orders can only contain firearms.
Accessories orders can only contain accessories.
Orders placed before 8 AM Central Time could ship on the same business day we are open.
Orders placed after 8 AM Central Time or on the weekend ship on the next business day we are open.
Orders held for credit reasons are not guaranteed to ship the same business day they are entered.
Orders must be cancelled as soon as possible. Any orders already in process cannot be cancelled. Please contact contactus@lethalimpact-arms.com to cancel orders.
Restocking Fees and carrier Return to Sender fees will be assessed to orders requested to be returned to Shipment Location after shipment.
Sender will make a best effort attempt to prevent duplicate purchase order numbers from shipping within the last 31 days. You are responsible for all invoices, customer service and potential returns associated with duplicate purchase orders submitted outside of the 31 day window.
FIREARMS ORDER SHIPPING
Lethal Impact ships firearms orders to the DEALER'S PREMISES ADDRESS ONLY as determined by the ATF FFL EZ Check system. The shipping address on orders cannot be altered. Lethal Impact will not change the shipping address based on instructions on submitted FFL copies.
Lethal Impact ships firearms orders to FFL locations in the continental 48 states only. Orders to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), or other U.S territories is not allowed.
The complete 15 character FFL Number associated with the transferring dealer must be found in the ATF EZ Check system at the time the order is placed. If the FFL number is not found, the order will be rejected.
The prepaid shipping rate for all firearms orders is $10.00 per order.
All firearms orders ship Direct Signature Required.
Firearms orders containing only long guns will be shipped via Ground Service.
Firearms orders containing handguns will be shipped via Express Air Service.
Sender includes a packing list, a 4 x 6 transfer information sheet and a copy of our FFL in firearms orders for the transferring dealer to reference.
ACCESSORY ORDER SHIPPING
Billing and shipping addresses are not validated for correctness. Lethal is not responsible for the delivery of shipments to incorrect shipping addresses.
Orders can be entered for the 50 U.S. States Only.
The general prepaid shipping rate for accessory orders is $10.00 per order.
48 Continental States Standard Ground Shipping within 6 Business Days $10 all orders
Alaska and Hawaii Standard Shipping $10 all orders
Accessory orders over $500 include Direct Signature Required service automatically.
Accessory orders with a shipping address of a PO Box must ship using USPS. There are no other options.
Sender provides a packing list for all accessory orders.
Sender will coordinate with shipping carriers regarding delayed or lost shipments. Please contact us with the shipment information to start the process.
LETHAL IMPACT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Lethal impact reserves the right to restrict any item from shipping for any reason.
SHipping Policy
At Lethal Impact, we understand the importance of getting your firearm to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find our shipping policy:
1. All firearms will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified.
2. We only ship firearms to valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) holders. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their FFL dealer sends us a copy of their license before the firearm can be shipped.
3. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the firearm and the distance it is being shipped.
4. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Signature confirmation is required for all firearm deliveries. This ensures that the firearm is delivered directly to the FFL holder and not left unattended or with an unauthorized individual.
6. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving a copy of the FFL license from the customer’s dealer.
7. We do not offer international shipping for firearms.
Please note that due to federal regulations, some firearms may not be available for sale or shipment to certain states. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the firearm they are purchasing is legal to own and possess in their state.
